What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no starting limits per order — not a full container. This lets new dealers test the market with low commitment. Full-container rates apply from ~300 units depending on product mix.
What are your payment terms?
First-order Silver partners: 100% bank transfer prepaid. Gold partners: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Platinum: Net 30 on approved credit. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, CAD wire transfers. Letters of Credit accepted for orders above $50K.
How long does shipping take?
Production is 5-10 business days. Shipping: 5-7 days to EU (road freight), 1-3 days to North America (air), 2-4 days air freight worldwide.
What Incoterms do you offer?
EXW (Antalya), FOB (Mersin / İzmir port), CIF, DAP, DDP — depending on destination and order size. We'll recommend the most cost-effective option.
Do you offer private label / white label?
Yes — from Gold tier upward. We produce under your brand name, your packaging, your labels. Minimum private label run: No limit per SKU.
Can I visit the factory?
Absolutely. We host dealer visits year-round in Antalya. For Platinum partners, factory visits are complimentary (accommodation included). It's the best way to experience what we build.
What certifications do you have?
ISO 9001 and CE marking applications are in progress (Q3 2026). OEKO-TEX Standard 100 application submitted. Independent lab testing reports are available on request for qualified partners. Full certification matrix updated quarterly.
Do you drop-ship to my customers?
Yes, for Gold and Platinum partners we can drop-ship in unbranded packaging directly to your customer, with your return address.
